In UK , there are some big supermarkets u could go.
I put a list below ,which is starting from high price to low.
在英國,有很多大超市可逛
以下我列了一張從高價位至低價位的名單

1.Waitrose...price most high...but it's emphasized on high quality also...u could find really more delicious food there,n after 8pm...they will have a lot of food discount...
I recommend their roast chicken £4 or more.After stayed in UK longer...i like this supermarket more...cuz their food really taste better!
1.Waitrose...價錢最高..但也強調高品質..你可以在此找到真的較美味的食物,且晚上八點過後...他們會有很多折價食物...
我推薦他們的4鎊左右烤雞.在英國待久一點之後...我喜歡這家超市較多...因為他們的食物真的比較贊!

2.Marks&Spencer ....most big n old supermarket of all....price most high also...normally i just will go there to change travel check...it usually On third floor (it's much cheaper then Post Office...if u have Euro check like me.)
2.Marks&Spencer ...最大與最老牌的超市...價錢也是最高的...通常我只會去那換旅支...通常在三樓換(這的匯率比郵局好很多...如果你跟我一樣是拿歐元旅支的話)

3.Tesco...also can see some in the city...price more expensive...i just had been there for one or two times.
3.Tesco...也是很常見的一家..價錢比一般貴一些...我只去過這家一兩次.

4.Sainsbury's ...Most common one...price middle cheap..if u go after 8pm...sometimes u could see some discount fresh food in the fresh desk(go eariler can have more choices)...I prefer their donut box ,it has 7 Jam donuts inside 75P to 85P, i don't remember..u also could buy it separately ..each one 14P!
N home brand orange juice 1L..45P i think...,n 8-12 pieces meat pie 85P (it just cheap n big size ..but i wont say its very delicious..)
4.Sainsbury's...最常見的一家...價位中等..如果你在8點後去..有時可看到些折價食物在保鮮價上(先搶先贏)...我個人偏好他們的甜甜圈盒,一盒有7個果醬甜甜圈在裡面,價錢是75P到85P(忘了),...你也可以零買..一個14P!
阿 還有他們自有品牌的柳橙汁1公升45P...好喝,還有8-12個肉派85P(這只是因為便宜還有大容量所以推一下... 但其實嘗起來還好拉..)

5.Morrisons...Good one! Very big n cheap price also!U could find almost everything there.I like it one most!Cheap n convenient!They also have many home brand food can buy.
5.Morrisons...這家好!!非常大又便宜!!你可以找到幾乎任何東西.我最喜歡這家!便宜又方便!他們也有很多便宜自有品牌食物可買.

6.Iceland...Most cheap "frozen food"supermarket, u can buy £1 pizza as many kinds as u want,75P fish finger...or £1 chicken meat pie ..or £1 ice cream box
6.Iceland...這家是號稱最便宜的"冷凍食品"超市,你可以買到1鎊的pizza,各種口味任挑,75P的魚排..或1鎊的雞肉派...或1鎊的桶裝冰淇淋

7.Lidl....It's a Germany company i heard...very cheap ,u can buy big volume food there a lot!But its not so often can see...
7.Lidl....據說這是一家德國來的超市...很便宜,你可以買到很多大容量的食物!但缺點是這家並不常見於市區...

These supermarket list in here just according to my own experience,of course there have some other £1 shops or small local markets u could choose.
這些超市名單是根據我個人的經驗所寫,當然還是有很多在地超市或露天市集你可以去逛逛

**One more suggest is if u want to buy fresh food,like vegetables n fruits.U could go to big Saturday n Sunday markets,like Portobello market(in Notting Hill) ,Borogh market(London bridge)....u always can compare prices from several shop ...n get the best price for all!
**另一個建議是如果你想買新鮮食物的話,像蔬菜水果.你可以去大的假日市集逛逛,像Portobello market波特貝多市集(在Notting Hill) ,Borogh market波羅?市集(在London bridge)....等等.你可以從眾家攤位中比較價錢...從中得到最優的!
